1. Eligibility for Returns/Refunds

- Defective/damaged product (e.g., leaking, dead on arrival).
- Wrong item shipped (verified by our team).
❌ Non-Eligible:
- Opened/disposable vapes (for hygiene reasons).
- Buyer’s remorse (unless required by state law).
2. Timeframe
- Returns: Request within 7 days of delivery.
- Refunds/Replacements: Processed within 5 business days after we receive the return.
3. How to Initiate a Return

- Photos/video of the issue
