1. Eligibility for Returns/Refunds

✅ Acceptable Reasons:

  • Defective/damaged product (e.g., leaking, dead on arrival).
  • Wrong item shipped (verified by our team).

❌ Non-Eligible:

  • Opened/disposable vapes (for hygiene reasons).
  • Buyer’s remorse (unless required by state law).

2. Timeframe

  • Returns: Request within 7 days of delivery.
  • Refunds/Replacements: Processed within 5 business days after we receive the return.

3. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email info@luigivape.com with:
    • Order number
    • Photos/video of the issue
  2. Approval: We’ll respond within 24 hours with instructions.
  3. Ship Back: Use the provided return label (if applicable).

4. Refund Methods

  • Original payment (credit/debit, PayPal, etc.).
  • Store credit (if preferred).

Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was ours.


5. Exchanges

Need a different flavor or device? We’ll replace it free of charge if the return meets the above criteria.


6. Age Verification & Legal Compliance

  • All returns require proof of legal vaping age (21+).
  • Refunds may be withheld if age cannot be verified.
